Security

Panama offers a unique level of security not to be found in other countries in Latin and South America. Crime is lower in the Republic of Panama then any other country in Latin or South America.   Panama has a diligent police force committed to protecting foreign investors and locals alike.  Crime rates are higher in Panama City then the outer areas, where crime is very low.  In many areas, crime is almost unheard of and friendly locals always watch out for each other.
