Panama City
Panama City is the capital of the country as well as the center of all activity. Almost half of the country’s population resides in the city. Panama City offers the diverse level of activities, shopping, restaurants and lifestyle that you would expect from any world class city.
Panama City sits on the Pacific Coast, and is well known as the International Banking Center in Latin and South America, offering investors over 100 Banks from more than 32 countries around the world. The city has a first world infrastructure including highrises, modern highways, highspeed internet, 3.5G cell phones and more. The city also offers international restaurants and famous nightlife. Often called “Little Miami”, but Panama City has a feel and character all its own.

Coronado
Located less then 1 hour from Panama City, Coronado community is one of Panama’s most popular investment area for foreigners. Situated on the Pacific coast, Coronado also offers one of the finest professional golf courses in Latin America. The course has 18 holes, is a par 72 consisting of 7,092 yards, and it was designed by Tom Fazio, who was recently ranked as the #1 golf course designers in the world. Coronado also offers tennis courts, full spa, olympic sized, equestrain park, club house on the beach with swimming pools and more.
Apart from the main resort is a beach club where one can enjoy the beach, sun while sipping on exotic tropical drinks.
The beaches at Coronado and the surrounding areas are a mix of soft white and volcanic sand, long stretches of quiet beaches and even a few surf breaks. The town has all the needed amenities including a few new shopping centers complete with 2 full scale supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants of every type and price range, a private emergency clinic, veterinary clinics, gardening centers, hardware stores, banks, and outdoor markets.
Santa Clara and Farallon
The recent home of major new developments and resorts, such as Buenaventura and Playa Blanca, Farallon and Santa Clara are situated on the Pacific coast just an hour and hour and a half respectively from Panama City on the Interamerican Highway. This area offers pristine and secluded white sand beaches and small quiet communities. The area offers luxurious gated communities and high rise condominiums and is becoming a popular area for retirees and vacationers alike.
Los Santos, Pedasi
Pedasi is the home town of former president Mireya Moscoso. While she served as Panama’s first female president, Pedasi benefited greatly from investments in the form of good roads, lighting and other infrastructure. Pedasi is a quaint, traditional style Panamanian town. Brightly colored house with terracotta roofs line the quiet and friendly streets around the traditional town square. There are various beaches within just a few kilometers of the center of town. Each beautiful beach has something different to offer, no matter what your interests. Just a short boat ride from the beaches of Pedasi you will find Isla Iguana natural island reserve, with it’s beautiful white sand beaches you will feel whisked away to the Caribbean. Pedasi and the surrounding areas offer excellent deep sea fishing, world class surfing and secluded beaches. The town of Pedasi offers numerous restaurants, small grocery stores and hardware stores. Just 30 mins away on the newly paved highway is Las Tablas, a full size town with everything you will need for daily life.
Boquete and Volcan
The mountain ranges around the region of Chiriqui offer cooler climates and breathtaking mountain views. Both Boquete and Volcan areas have been popular retiree havens in Panama due to the constant spring temperatures and higher altitudes. Both Volcan and Boquete are located at altitudes of 3,500 – 5000 feet with year-round climate which ranges between 55°-78° F. Just 45 minutes from the warm city of David, the second largest city in Panama offering all the latest shopping and supplies, including many full scale grocery stores, Conway Department store, Do It Center home store, malls and a local airport. The area is also known for its agriculture and coffee production.
