Alan Stone
moved to Panama 3 years ago when he realized the tremendous growth opportunity about to take place here. Originally from the Southern Coast of England, Alan considers Pedasi, Panama his home now. Alan started his career as an Aerospace engineer, and eventually moved into sales. After running a very successful manufacturing business in the UK, he sold the business to pursue his passions in real estate and sales. Alan dedicated the last 10 years to real estate development, sales and investment across the UK, Spain and Mexico. While in Mexico selling land developments, a client introduced him to the notion of Panama. After a visit to Panama, he realized this was the the place to be and quickly moved everything. Shortly after coming to Panama, Alan visited and fell in love with Pedasi. He has now settled full time in Pedasi and truly enjoys introducing new clients to all the amazing beauty and tranquility this country has to offer.
Alan’s working philosophy is simple, treat clients as you would like to be treated. He shares openly all the expertise he has on the area and local opportunities. Giving advice and input freely where requested. Alan is known for maintaining the relationship with his clients far beyond the sale of the property, helping where needed on building, development and relocation questions.
