Old World Craftsmanship

These spacious 2 and 3 bedroom homes (from 1,500 sq ft) feature hand made locally sourced and sun dried roof and floor tiles, corotu wood roof rafters, roof decking, doors, windows, posts and columns, soaring ceilings, and beautiful cabinetry in every room.   The capitals on top of each post are hand carved by local craftsmen just the way they might have been made 200 years ago.  Windows, doors, and all cabinetry is hand crafted by local artisans who make each piece by hand.   Polished concrete counters, sinks and showers complete the details.

Modern Conveniences

But, along with the classic look we’ve included modern conveniences.  Air conditioning (12,000 BTU mini-split systems) are provided in each bedroom and 6 ceiling fans with lights are also included in each home including the back porch to keep the air moving on those rare days where there isn’t a gentle breeze.  Hot and cold water is available at each sink in addition to the washer/dryer location.    Hot water is provided by a modern tankless gas water heater, TV and telephone jacks are provided in all rooms.

The bedrooms are spacious with built in cupboards and drawers which have ample hanging space.  The bathrooms offer polished concrete shower walls and hand formed, polished concrete vanities as well as modern fixtures.

The kitchen area is open and includes both refrigerator and stacking washer/dryer hookups, along with upper and lower cabinetry and polished concrete counters and bar.
